Inside Our Group CoursesWhat you will explore.
-
Developing your capacity to notice sensation, movement, breath, impulse, emotion and felt experience. Learning to listen more deeply to yourself and recognise your own signals, needs and ways of knowing.
-
Exploring movement as a way of discovering, communicating and learning. Developing greater awareness of how you move, what supports you, what holds you and what becomes possible when you allow movement to lead.
-
Working with image, imagination, drawing, nature, metaphor and creative expression as ways of exploring your inner world and giving form to experience, meaning making and reclaiming what may have been hidden or forgotten.
-
Exploring the relationship between self and other; how to stay connected to your own experience while being present with another person. Developing awareness of boundaries, connection, communication, touch, resonance and the co-creative space between us, as well as our relationship with the wider field of awareness through which we encounter the world.
-
Building somatic skills by living them. Practising, witnessing, being witnessed, reflecting and returning to your experience again and again, so that understanding becomes something you can feel, recognise and draw upon in your own life and work.
Testimonials
Nicola is a truly gifted Somatic Therapist and hosts wonderfully engaging workshop experiences. I attended her Somatic Immersion Workshop series in 2025 2026. We followed a seasonal flow forest in winter, regrowth of Spring and on into harvest. The work involved movement, attunement to subtle process within and without and creatively finding forward expression. Lovely. I highly recommend Nicolas work.
— Noel, Participant Nicola has a beautiful way of creating safety and encouragement, giving guidance and yet leaving enough room for an individual experience. Her retreats made me get in touch with parts of me I never thought would exist and they made me expand in my own being. Nicola's presence, which is professional, playful, kind, caring, and so much more, has made me go deeper on my own journey.
Being a person who tends to be in the head more than in the body, the embodied practices were such a great way to get back into the present moment and reconnect with all parts of me.
I'm so thankful for your being and your work, Nicola!
— Manuela, ParticipantWorking with Nicola has been a truly transformative experience. From the very beginning, I felt listened to, understood, and supported throughout the entire process.
Nicola has a remarkable ability to create a calm, safe, and nurturing space where I could explore my inner landscape with awareness, imagination, and curiosity. Through movement, touch, and breath, she helped me develop a deeper relationship with my body in a gentle and non-judgemental way, opening up insights and possibilities that go far beyond what thoughts alone can offer.
What sets Nicola apart is her compassionate, creative, playful, and holistic approach. She combines genuine warmth with skill and intuition, enabling meaningful exploration at a pace that feels both safe and empowering.
I would highly recommend Nicola to anyone seeking a compassionate, skilled, and embodied approach to wellbeing. I am incredibly grateful for the way she held space for me and supported me in finding my way home to myself, reconnecting with my inner world and the wisdom it holds
