Somatic Movement Journeys.
Explore movement as a way of sensing, discovering and creating.
Guided movement experiences that invite you to slow down, listen to your experience and discover what becomes possible when you let movement lead.
Move, explore, create
You might come along because you want to move something that feels stuck.
You might simply need space to breathe, slow down and come back to yourself.
You might be carrying tension, feeling disconnected from your body, moving through change, or wanting to explore something that you don't yet have words for.
You might be curious about movement, creativity and the possibilities of working with your body in a different way.
Or you might simply want to spend some time moving, exploring and being with other people.
A Somatic Movement Journey offers space to:
release tension and move in ways that feel good
reconnect with your body and your own sense of yourself
explore sensation, emotion, imagination and creative expression
discover new possibilities through movement
feel more spacious, grounded and resourced
enjoy moving without needing to perform or achieve
experience connection and community
give yourself time and attention
Each Journey is different. There may be guided movement, improvisation, stillness, witnessing, drawing, touch or other creative enquiry.
You don't need to arrive knowing what you want to explore. You can simply begin where you are and see what unfolds.
No previous experience of somatic movement or dance is needed.
Explore movement as a way of sensing, discovering and creating.
A space to slow down, come back into awareness of your body and explore what is alive for you through movement, sensation, imagination and creative enquiry.
