Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy offers a gentle but powerful way to work with stress, trauma and emotional overwhelm through the body.

Many people come to this work when they feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, shutdown, physical tension or emotional distress, even after trying to think or talk their way through.

What Happens in a Session?

Sessions are responsive and collaborative. Together we explore what is present in your nervous system and body in a safe and manageable way.

This may include:

  • gentle or dynamic movement exploration

  • breathwork

  • therapeutic touch

  • myofascial release where appropriate

  • emotional processing and integration

Each session unfolds at a pace that supports safety, awareness and meaningful change.

A body-focused therapeutic session.

90-minute session — £90
Recommended when working more deeply with body-based processes.

6 (90 minute) session therapeutic process — £480
Many clients choose to begin with regular sessions over a short period to support lasting nervous system change.
