Join me for an experience of feeling at home and alive in your body, moving through postures with awareness, specifically created for the challenges of modern living (stiff neck, tight jaw, shoulders and hips, inactive or disconnected core). The session begins with a short pranayama, flowing into neck awareness/release, core awakening, whole body strengthening sequences and postures (floor and standing) exploring the balance between being strong and soft before melting into the ground for a short restful ending.
