Somatic Revival is a CPD-accredited training series that transforms how professionals work with body and imagination. Through four immersive weekend workshops, you'll develop a profound relationship with somatic awareness—both personally and professionally.
You'll experience transformative practices firsthand, then learn to skillfully and creatively guide others through touch, language, and presence. Each weekend builds upon the last while standing completely on its own, creating a flexible journey of embodied discovery.
Whether you're a breathworker, therapist, coach or yoga instructor seeking to develop your somatic awareness, intuition and imagination or expand your toolkit, this training offers practical, immediately applicable skills grounded in over 20 years of movement expertise. Join a small (max 14), supportive cohort to develop the subtle and creative art of somatic facilitation—and witness the revolution of you and your practice.
There will be 4 weekends on offer, starting in December 2025, in which you can take part. The first one is an immersive experience during which you can explore Somatic Practice purely as a participant, to dive in and discover what this work can do for you as well as laying the strong foundations upon which to build awareness, depth and a deeper anchoring in self trust.
Weekend 1: Immersive Experience (December 5-7, 2025). Cost £275
Dive deeply into Somatic Practice as a participant. This foundational weekend allows you to experience the work firsthand, building self-awareness, depth, and stronger anchoring in self-trust.
Weekend 2: Skills Training (March 6-8, 2026). Cost £275
Transition from personal experience to facilitation skills. This weekend focuses on the practical "how-to" of integrating Somatic Practice into your professional work, with concrete tools and techniques.
Weekend 3: Immersion (May 22-24, 2026) Cost £275
Return to the immersive experience with deeper understanding and awareness, building on the foundations established in previous weekends.
Weekend 4: Skills Training (August 21-23, 2026) Cost £275
The culminating weekend focuses on creative integration strategies for your self development and professional practice.
Participation Guidelines:
Earn a CPD certificate by attending at least one immersion and one skills training weekend
All immersion weekends are open to everyone
Skills training weekends require prior participation in an immersion weekend or previous work with me
Flexibility to attend any combination of weekends based on your needs and schedule, you can attend one or all four, there is a discount available for attending all four, cost for all 4 is £1000.
Participate in at least two 1-1 mentoring zoom calls with Nicola pre and post- weekend in person session. These calls are Included in the cost and arranged around your availability.
This structure ensures participants in skills training have comparable experience levels, creating an optimal learning environment for everyone.
Accommodation and food are not included in the price, there are several local options from £25 per night. Tea, coffee, snacks are provided.
