Why join

By Friday, most of us feel scattered, tense, or carrying the week in our bodies.
This session is your space to slow down, shake off the stress, and reconnect.

Through guided somatic movement, breath, and presence, you’ll:

  • Release tension that’s been building all week

  • Regulate your nervous system and clear your head

  • Drop back into your body so you feel lighter, calmer, and more grounded

You don’t need experience. Just bring comfortable clothes and a willingness to move.
